This chef’s knife features a 9-inch Stainless San Mai blade with a 52100 high-carbon core, measuring 2 inches at the heel. The knife includes a 304 stainless steel bolster, scalloped for a comfortable and secure pinch grip. A blue mammoth tusk spacer adds a striking accent, followed by an ebony handle crafted from an old double bass fingerboard.
The included stand is also made from the same reclaimed ebony, creating a cohesive set.
