Italian Heritage Series Paring Knife

This extraordinarily light Paring Knife features a 440C blade with hand rubbed finish. The handle is composed of 3 sections in the Italian Flag colors with spacers between the section which compose micro Italian Flags to complement the ensemble. Made out of GripX, and innovative material invented and produced in the United States with black rubber particles embedded in a resin matrix, this handle material makes the grip incredibly secure even with wet hands. It comes with an American Pine scabbard to protect the finish of the blade and allow you to transport it if needed.
